You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly and on time, manage client expectations, track progress and keep CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in account management, client services or equivalent.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
