Confidential is seeking a French-speaking Payroll & HR Coordinator to support payroll processing focused on the French market, maintain payroll data, and assist the global HR department.

Qualifications

• Native-level French speaker with fluent English.
• 2+ years of experience in French payroll processes and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for the French market.
• Maintain employee and payroll data ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll changes including new starters, leavers and salary adjustments.
• Act as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries.
• Administer employee benefits and support monthly payroll reporting.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations and HR administration tasks.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations.
