Job summary

Corin Group in Cirencester is seeking a Payroll and HR Coordinator for the French payroll function and daily HR activities, collaborating with the HR Partner – Europe and Head of HR Operations and Payroll. You will maintain payroll data, ensure legal compliance, prepare monthly salary details, and work with finance and HR to resolve payroll questions while upholding strict confidentiality and accuracy.

Fluency in French and English, 2+ years of payroll experience, and progress toward CIPP are

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English communication, written and spoken.
• 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation.
• Looking to or working towards their CIPP.
• Highly customer-focused with problem-solving, time management and organisational skills.
• Confidential environment awareness and ability to handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll processes focused on the French market and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure legal compliance across payroll systems and internal processes.
• Prepare salary information monthly using payroll software.
• Maintain HR/employee files and run audits in Dayforce.
• Address payroll queries from employees and managers and resolve issues.
