The position includes payroll processing for the French market, benefits administration, and HR support. Salary ranges £40,000–£45,000 DOE with an discretionary annual bonus and extensive benefits, including private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Native-level French speaker with fluent English.
• 2+ years of experience in French payroll processes and legislation.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solution-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely processing of payroll, focusing on the French market.
• Maintain employee and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll changes, including new starters, leavers, salary adjustments, benefits and absences.
• Act as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries from employees and managers.
• Administer employee benefits and support monthly payroll reporting.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and HR administration tasks.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations.
