Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a French-speaking Sales Development Representative in Manchester City Centre. You will handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into Deliveroo partners, and drive new business by phone and email. Build relationships with restaurant owners while growing your knowledge of the food sector to advise prospects.

You’ll manage the pipeline and collaborate with Activation Teams for onboarding. The role offers a base salary of £26,600 with uncapped monthly commissions and a hybrid

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English required.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Ability to manage leads and keep organized with pipeline planning.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from French-speaking leads and convert them into partners.
• Acquire new business by phone and email, engaging with prospects daily.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners and managers to grow Deliveroo partnerships.
• Develop industry knowledge to guide conversations with potential partners.
• Manage sales pipeline and daily action plans to hit monthly targets.
• Coordinate with Activation Teams for onboarding, contracts and tablet setups.
• Handle contracts and customer documentation with accuracy.
