Job summary

White Recruitment Construction seeks an experienced Multi-Modal Freight Supervisor to manage Colnbrook-based operations overseeing air, ocean and road freight. You will lead a team of coordinators, ensuring accurate, timely shipments while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ensure import/export documentation is completed accurately in line with requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, overseas agents and suppliers.
• Support resolution of operational issues, delays and queries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures, HMRC regulations and company policies.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and contribute to achieving targets.
• Assist workload planning and resource allocation for efficient operations.
• Support senior management with reporting and process improvements.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on customer service and continuous improvement.
