White Recruitment Construction seeks an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to drive new business across Yorkshire and the wider region. You will manage your own diary, build a robust pipeline and present tailored freight solutions to prospective clients.

You will be responsible for identifying and winning new freight forwarding business across Yorkshire and the wider region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Winning new customers across road, sea and air freight
Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
Managing your own diary, appointments and sales pipeline
Attending customer meetings and presenting tailored freight solutions
Building strong relationships with decision-makers
Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements
Working closely with operations to ensure a smooth customer handover
Developing accounts to maximise long-term revenue and profitability
Maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline information
Representing the business at networking events and industry meetings
You will ideally have:
Previous freight forwarding sales experience
A strong understanding of road, sea or air freight
A proven ability to generate leads and win new business
Existing relationships within the Yorkshire market
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
A commercially focused and self-motivated approach
The confidence to manage your own territory and diary
A full UK driving licence
