White Recruitment Construction seeks an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to drive new business across Yorkshire and the wider region. You will manage your own diary, build a robust pipeline and present tailored freight solutions to prospective clients.

The role offers a base salary up to £50,000 with an excellent uncapped commission structure and benefits, plus autonomy and visible impact within a growing independent freight forwarder.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding sales experience.
• Strong understanding of road/sea/air freight.
• Proven ability to generate leads and win new business.
• Existing relationships within Yorkshire market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially focused and self-motivated.
• Confidence to manage own territory and diary.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Win new freight forwarding business across Yorkshire and the wider region.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and manage your diary, appointments and pipeline.
• Attend customer meetings and present tailored freight solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Work closely with operations for smooth handover and account development.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information.
• Represent the business at networking events and industry meetings.
