Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Leeds/Bradford region. The role focuses on securing new road freight business, developing key distribution accounts, and building long-term partnerships with customers and carriers.

You will proactively generate new business, tailor forwarding solutions, and manage the end-to-end enquiry process while reporting opportunities for expansion and service excellence.
