CEVA Logistics is seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our Pontypridd operations team. You will become the key contact for customers, coordinating shipments and delivering excellent service from start to finish.
Full training will be provided; previous freight forwarding experience is not required. The role is Monday to Friday with rotating shifts 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30, offering exposure to international logistics and customs procedures.

CEVA Logistics are looking for a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our Pontypridd operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, administration, account support or coordination who is looking to build a long-term career within a global organisation. You do not need previous freight forwarding or logistics experience. We will provide full training and support to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in international logistics and supply chain operations. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will become the key point of contact for customers, helping coordinate shipments and ensuring they receive an excellent service experience from start to finish.
This role offers great exposure to international logistics and provides opportunities to learn about customs procedures, freight operations and global supply chains. This is a Monday to Friday role, with a rotating shift pattern of either 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30.
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy building positive relationships. You may have experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality, administration, account support or coordination, but most importantly, you’ll have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing your career.
The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with customers and colleagues, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your work, with good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems. A strong customer focus and an interest in developing a long-term career within logistics and supply chain operations are essential.
Previous experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transport or shipping would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
