Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export Coordinator to join our Air Operating Centre in Hounslow, London Heathrow. This 40-hour per week, Monday–Friday role focuses on efficiently exporting shipments to customer contracts.

You will input data, manage bookings, arrange overseas shipments, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. A Freight operations background and excellent Excel skills are essential.

• Currently working within an air freight operation.
• Strong proficient user of Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Able to communicate effectively and deliver information to customers.

YOUR ROLE

Our Air Operating Centre based in Hounslow, London Heathrow, have an exciting opportunity for a highly focused Air Export Coordinator to effectively execute the export of shipments to our customer contracts.

This is a Monday – Friday role working 40 hours per week.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Export Coordinator aligned to our dedicated freight team, your main daily duties will include:

• Inputting shipment data to relevant systems ensuring the information is distributed to all relevant parties and the status is kept updated whilst always maintaining accuracy.
• Managing freight bookings and booking optimisation.
• Arranging shipments overseas and any onward forwarding requirements in collaboration with any service partners and internal colleagues.
• Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, colleagues and 3rd party suppliers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in your application you will currently be working within an air freight operation and be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of export operations. A strong proficient user of Microsoft Excel is essential along with being able to communicate effectively and be comfortable delivering information to customers.
