Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our Pontypridd operations team. You will become the key contact for customers, coordinating shipments and delivering excellent service from start to finish.

Full training will be provided; previous freight forwarding experience is not required. The role is Monday to Friday with rotating shifts 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30, offering exposure to international logistics and customs procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or coordination roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
• Confident communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export shipments across air, sea, road and courier.
• Liaise with customers, carriers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
• Monitor shipments and support invoicing and administration.
