Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a picker in its cold store to prepare frozen orders for dispatch. You will work in -20°C, with protective clothing provided.

Reporting to the Driver Supervisor and Senior Freezer Operative, you will be responsible for accurate order picking, stock checks and assisting the office team as needed.

The role offers £13.45 per hour plus bonus and company benefits, in a supportive, multi-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Numerate and literate with basic numeracy.
• Good attendance and timekeeping are essential.
• Willingness to learn multiple roles within the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure late orders are picked accurately and placed in the correct cage for morning dispatch.
• Pick orders with zero mistakes and maintain stock quality.
• Assist the office team when needed and report health and safety issues.
