Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a warehouse operative for its Redhill depot, working 40 hours per week across 5 days in 6 including bank holidays. You will pack frozen orders for dispatch from a -20°C cold store, with full protective equipment provided, and you will report to the Depot Operations Manager.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 plus bonus and benefits, and is eligible for a comprehensive package through apetito group.

Qualifications

• Evidence of commitment and stability.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Numerate and literate.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders received later are picked and placed for the next morning.
• Pick orders with zero mistakes and ensure correct cages.
• Improve efficiencies and implement improvements.
• Support the office team when needed.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
