Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a part-time freezer operative to assist with packing customer orders in a cold store at -20°C. You will pick and pack orders with care, ensuring accuracy for morning dispatch, and support the office team to improve efficiency. A friendly, multi-functional role in a growing UK company.

The role requires commitment, good attendance, numeracy and basic education. 33 days holiday, discretionary bonus, pension and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders received later are accurately picked and placed in the correct cage.
• Maintain order accuracy with zero mistakes during picking.
• Assist the office team when needed to improve efficiencies.
• Report health & safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Help to pack frozen orders for timely dispatch the next morning.
• Support colleagues and adapt to different tasks as required.
• Be flexible in a busy cold-store environment.
