Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is the UK's largest ready-meal supplier. We pack customers' frozen orders in a cold store at -20°C, with protective clothing and breaks provided. The role reports to the Driver Supervisor and Senior Freezer Operative and offers £13.45 per hour plus bonus and company benefits.

You will help pick and pack orders, ensure accuracy, and support the office team while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Evidence of commitment and stability.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Numerate and literate.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure late orders are accurately picked and placed in the correct cage for the next morning.
• Pick orders with zero mistakes and maintain accuracy.
• Help improve efficiencies and implement improvements.
• Support the office team when needed.
• Report health and safety, stock quality, and mechanical issues.
