Job summary

Ctrg is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a full-time role in Northampton, in a frozen environment at around -22 degrees. The position offers weekly pay, 60 minutes paid break, and 15% staff discount via the staff card after 4 weeks.

You’ll perform voice-picking with LLOP, aiming for accuracy and timely distribution. Weekend and bank holiday work are required, with a rota set up a year in advance.

• Experience in freezer warehouse environments is desirable.
• Ability to meet targets within set timescales.
• Friendly and helpful team member with a can-do attitude.

• Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided).
