Job summary

apetito is hiring for a front-line warehouse picker to support our care homes, schools and hospitals distribution network. You will work in our freezer warehouse, using voice picking systems, ensuring fast, accurate order preparation and on-time loading for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Essential: previous warehouse experience and reliability.
• Flexible with attendance and timekeeping; able to work at pace.
• Team player, can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt to systems like SAP/voice picking.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment of empty pick locations.
• Loading vehicles for delivery.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across tasks.
• Report health, safety and stock quality issues and outages.
• Keep frozen product at required temperatures and minimal ambient exposure.
• Pick and assemble orders in a -22 to -25 C coldstore with high accuracy.
• Assist with loading stock for bulk storage.
