Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a temporary to permanent Frozen Warehouse Operative at our Northampton site. The role covers fixed shifts, with morning or afternoon options and weekend availability.

You will pick and pack frozen items, using LLOP and electric trucks, while meeting performance standards and following safety procedures. Full training is provided; standard on-site benefits include canteen and parking, with overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• LLOP experience is essential.
• Punctuality and basic numeracy required.
• Communicative level of English is essential.

Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Northampton.

Recruiting for morning and afternoon shifts.

The rate of pay is:

• Morning shift - £14.30 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks
• Afternoon shift - £16.19 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks

Weekends and overtime are paid an extra shift allowance.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:

• Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
• Working to meet customer performance standards
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
• Performing other general warehouse duties as required
