Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking multiple Freelance Fitout Site Managers for bank fit-out projects in Leeds and Sheffield. Prior banking experience is essential. Roles include day and night shifts with weekly pay.

Manage bank fit out sites, report to the Project Manager, coordinate with design teams, and supervise contractors. Travel within the UK is required, with accommodation paid where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Site Manager in banking/retail fitout
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
• Willingness to travel within the UK

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for multiple Freelance Fitout Site Managers for a number of upcoming banking fit out projects based in Leeds and Sheffield. Previous banking experience is essential. We have projects on both day and night shifts.

Job responsibilities of the Freelance Fitout Site Manager:

• Manage bank fit out projects.
• Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
• Flexible with which projects you take.

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience working within banking/ retail fitout/ refurb.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Must be willing to travel
• Day rate

• Flexible with which projects you take, days or nights etc.
• Weekly pay on a Friday
