We use these learnings to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement, and produce thumb-stopping content that gets cut through on TikTok.

The brief:

We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You’ll lead client relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows TikTok inside out.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Act as the main contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Convert client goals into smart, actionable campaign plans aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to turn briefs into high-performing content.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas during brainstorms to develop concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and suggest optimizations.
• Trend tracking: Keep up with TikTok trends, creators, and cultural shifts, integrating insights into creative strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong account management experience in a fast-paced agency environment, preferably with social-first or TikTok-led brands.
• Confident client leadership skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach.
