We're a TikTok agency that gets brands cut through on TikTok. We’ve grown our own clients and communities to over 1 million followers and have hit 600 million video views in the last 12 months. We use these learnings to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement and produce thumb-stoppingly good content that gets cut through on TikTok.

The brief:

We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support on client accounts. You’ll lead on client relationships, manage end to end delivery, and keep things running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, creative environment and knows TikTok inside out.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Be the contact for key clients, owning the relationship and keeping communication clear, proactive, and positive.
• Strategic delivery: Translate client goals into smart, actionable campaign plans, always aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Work closely with our internal and freelance creators, turning briefs into content that performs.
• Content ideation: Bring energy and ideas to brainstorms, helping shape concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Oversee live campaigns, track performance, and flag optimisations.
• Trend tracking: Stay plugged into TikTok trends, creators, and cultural shifts, feeding insights into creative strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong account management experience in a fast paced agency environment, ideally with social first or TikTok led brands.
• Confident client leadership, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, what works, what doesn’t, and how to translate brand messages into scroll stopping content.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll be juggling multiple campaigns.
