The brief:

We’re seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You’ll lead client relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure smooth operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has deep TikTok expertise.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Serve as the main contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Convert client goals into effective campaign plans aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to turn briefs into high-performing content.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas during brainstorms to develop concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and recommend optimizations.
