The brief:

We’re seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You’ll lead client relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has in-depth knowledge of TikTok.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Convert client objectives into effective campaign plans aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to develop content briefs and ensure content performance.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas during brainstorms to develop concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Monitor live campaigns, evaluate performance, and suggest optimizations.
• Trend tracking: Keep abreast of TikTok trends, creators, and cultural shifts, and incorporate insights into creative strategies.

• Experience in account management within a fast-paced agency, preferably with social-first or TikTok-focused brands.
