The brief:

We’re seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure smooth operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has deep TikTok knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Act as the primary contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Convert client goals into effective campaign plans aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to develop content briefs that perform well.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas and energy during brainstorming sessions to develop concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and suggest optimizations.
