The role:

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You will manage client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure smooth operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting and is well-versed in TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Client communication: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic planning: Convert client objectives into effective campaign strategies aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to develop content briefs and ensure content performance.
