We use these learnings to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement, and produce thumb-stoppingly good content that gets cut through on TikTok.

The brief:

We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support on client accounts. You’ll lead on client relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and keep things running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows TikTok inside out.

What you’ll do:

• Client communication: Be the contact for key clients, owning the relationship and keeping communication clear, proactive, and positive.
• Strategic delivery: Translate client goals into smart, actionable campaign plans, always aligned with platform best practices and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Work closely with our internal and freelance creators, turning briefs into content that performs.
• Content ideation: Bring energy and ideas to brainstorms, helping shape concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Oversee live campaigns, track performance, and flag optimizations.
• Trend tracking: Stay plugged into TikTok trends, creators, and cultural shifts, feeding insights into creative strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong account management experience in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally with social-first or TikTok-led brands.
• Confident client leadership, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, what works, what doesn’t, and how to translate brand messages into scroll-stopping content.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; you’ll be juggling multiple campaigns.
