The brief:

We’re seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to support client accounts. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure smooth operations. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is well-versed in TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Client communication: Serve as the main contact for key clients, maintaining clear, proactive, and positive communication.
• Strategic delivery: Develop campaign plans aligned with client goals, platform best practices, and creative potential.
• Creative briefing: Collaborate with internal and freelance creators to develop content that performs.
• Content ideation: Contribute ideas to brainstorms, shaping concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
• Campaign oversight: Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and suggest optimizations.
• Trend tracking: Keep up with TikTok trends, creators, and cultural shifts, providing insights for creative strategies.
