About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, available as a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring the best talent supports our growth and enhances member experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious London club and work closely with the Managing Director to attract and develop talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners like recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry platforms, to build a talent pipeline.
• Enhance employer branding through engagement initiatives that reflect our culture and values.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
