About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is now hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role that can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
  • Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media and industry-specific platforms, to create a talent pipeline.
  • Enhance employer branding through engagement initiatives that support our culture and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness.

About you:

  • Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to attract high-calibre talent.
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
  • A data-driven approach with experience in tracking and optimizing recruitment processes.
