About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, available as a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance member experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape recruitment strategy for a prestigious London-based club and work closely with the Managing Director to attract and develop top talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust recruitment strategy to attract top talent across the club.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
  • Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms, to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives that support our culture and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring practices.

About you:

  • Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract high-calibre talent.
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing processes.
