About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role that can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious London club and work closely with the Managing Director to attract and develop industry-leading talent in health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
