About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club are now hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role which can be either as a short term or rolling contract. This role has the primary responsibility in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our growth and to enhance the experience we provide to our members. This is a unique and fantastic opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a highly prestigious club in London and to work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing the best talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust recruitment strategy to attract top talent across the club.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offer management and onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
  • Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms, to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives that supports our culture and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such to assess the effectiveness of our hiring practices.

About you:

  • Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition or recruitment ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract high-calibre talent.
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidateseffectively.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking recruitment metrics and optimising processes.
