About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This role can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club, managing the entire recruitment process to ensure we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing top talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
• Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms, to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness.

About you:

• Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre talent.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking recruitment metrics and optimising processes.
