Tate is recruiting a Fraud Advisor in Glasgow for a 6 month contract, starting 12 October. The role involves handling up to 60 calls daily in a fraud and scams team, with full training provided. After training, hybrid work is available, with office attendance three days per week in Glasgow city centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre environment; financial services experience desirable.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills with empathy.
