Teleperformance in Glasgow is hiring a Fraud Specialist to join a busy contact centre. You will handle inbound calls, raise fraud cases, and support customers with banking queries. On-site training lasts two weeks before potential on-site or at-home work based on performance.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of UK Financial Services experience, strong English, and a customer-focused approach. The role requires flexibility during 10:00–23:00 hours and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Two years Financial Services experience in the UK at interview
• Fluency in English essential
• Experience in banking/financial services preferred
• Call centre/customer service experience essential

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm to help customers at first contact
• Raise scam and fraud cases across Lloyds Banking Group portfolio
• Investigate pending payments to approve when no fraud risk
• Assist customers with transfers, direct debits and digital banking
• Explain banking processes clearly to customers
