You will educate customers and colleagues on responsibilities, report trends, and collaborate with local teams to safeguard welfare funds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct robust interviews to verify documents for identification, housing and childcare costs elements of Universal Credit.
• Conduct interview visits and evidence gathering with Jobcentre colleagues and customers.
• Provide feedback on fraud trends and relay results to risk and intelligence teams.
