What You Will Do

• Raise fraud awareness among colleagues and customers
• Identify and investigate fraud trends from reported cases
• Investigate and prevent non-plastic fraud
• Identify high-risk activities from fraud alerts to protect our FANS
• Collaborate with peers and other banking organizations to recover funds
• Challenge customer fraud claims when necessary
• Work with the Metro Bank University team to enhance fraud training
