Job summary

Tate is recruiting a Fraud Advisor to join their Fraud and Scams team on a 6 month contract. You will handle a high volume of calls, support customers affected by fraud, and work from an office in Bradford during training, with hybrid working thereafter. Training lasts up to 6 weeks, with 3 days in the office once completed.

DBS and credit checks apply, and pay is via Umbrella. Excellent listening and communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport are essential as you guide

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre environment.
• Financial services experience desirable.

• Answer up to 60 calls per day in a call centre setting.
