Job summary

Coffee Republic Retail Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Franchise Sales Manager to grow our UK franchise network and support international expansion. You will own the full sales process, build relationships with prospective franchisees, and identify opportunities for partnerships and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to ensure successful launches, onboarding, and alignment with brand standards across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Experience managing multiple high-value relationships.
• Franchise experience within QRS, hospitality, or food retail is highly desirable.
• Commercially astute with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Comfortable collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Drive franchise sales and expansion across the UK, with opportunities to support international growth.
• Generate, qualify, and manage prospective franchise leads through the full sales process.
• Grow both our traditional coffee shop network and mobile coffee trailer concept.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Identify new franchise territories, commercial partnerships, and event opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to support franchise recruitment, onboarding, and successful launches.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track relevant sales and performance metrics.
