Job summary

Work Wales in the United Kingdom is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to support an established network of franchisees across the North of England and Scotland. This role focuses on providing commercial guidance, coaching and practical support to drive business performance and profitability rather than direct sales.

Covering a territory from Sheffield to Scotland, you will be based in Manchester or Liverpool or the wider North West, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays

Qualifications

P&L responsibility and strong commercial/financial acumen.
Coaching, relationship building and influencing skills.
Analytical thinking and proactive problem solving.
Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently.
Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Support franchisees to improve commercial and operational performance.
Analyse KPIs, financial performance and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop business improvement plans and support underperforming locations.
Coach and influence franchisees to achieve sustainable results.
Support new franchise launches and onboarding.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Finance teams.
Promote compliance, brand standards and best practice across the network.
