Job summary

Wonderfield Group is seeking a detail-focused finance operations professional to manage franchise accounts, reconcile balances and support payments and master data across systems.

You will bring accounts payable/receivable experience, strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues. This hybrid UK role offers career progression and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis.
• Experience working with large volumes of financial or operational data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right first time.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to investigate issues independently.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining franchise accounts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Reconciling franchise balances and investigating any discrepancies.
• Supporting franchise payments, settlements and financial transactions.
• Maintaining franchise master data and ensuring information is accurate across systems.
• Resolving finance-related queries from franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting month-end finance activities and reporting processes.
• Monitoring outstanding balances and assisting with debt management activities.
• Supporting franchise onboarding, renewals, transfers and account closures.
• Assisting with ERP implementation, testing, data validation and process improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve controls, efficiency and the overall franchise finance experience.
