Job summary

Amey Consulting in Birmingham is seeking a Framework Pursuit Coordinator to act as deputy to the Framework Manager, coordinating pursuit planning, bid governance and opportunity tracking across the SPaTS3 Framework.

You will lead the governance packs, support senior stakeholders and shape win strategies for smaller bids while contributing to larger strategic bids to improve framework efficiency and win rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in pursuit coordination, bid management, or PMO/governance roles.
• Understanding of bid lifecycles, qualification, governance requirements and submission processes.
• Ability to coordinate pursuit activity across multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and ability to tailor messaging to evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the Framework Manager and provide leadership across framework activity.
• Maintain oversight of framework registers, trackers, pipeline and key milestones.
• Prepare governance packs and briefing material for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate pursuit planning, win themes and content management for bids.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accessible and compliant with processes.
