Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Framework Manager to lead the public sector framework portfolio for a leading construction contractor operating across the UK and Ireland. You will drive framework opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

The role offers flexible and hybrid working, with travel across the UK as required and a clear path for career progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in framework management, bid management or business development within construction.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and frameworks.
• Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Willing to travel across the UK as required.
