Intersect Global Limited is seeking a Framework Manager to oversee a long-term infrastructure framework within the UK water sector. Hybrid working across regional offices in Hertfordshire, with a permanent, full-time contract, you will drive portfolio performance and commercial excellence.
You will lead NEC contract management, oversee compensation events and risk mitigation, and coordinate with operational teams to ensure profitable delivery.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Framework Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a long-term infrastructure framework within the UK water sector.
This senior leadership role combines commercial management, contract administration and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a portfolio of engineering projects is delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You’ll work alongside operational, commercial and technical teams to drive performance, strengthen client relationships and ensure contractual excellence throughout the lifecycle of complex capital projects.
If you have extensive experience managing NEC contracts, leading commercial teams and working within utilities, infrastructure or engineering, this role offers the chance to influence strategic delivery across a significant programme of works.
