Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK Ltd., seeks an experienced Framework Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance across the Clyde Commercial Framework in Scotland. You will oversee contracts, risk, cost and stakeholder relationships while supporting long-term framework objectives.

You will lead business development, bids, resourcing and client/supply chain management, mentoring surveyors and delivering commercial excellence across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial leadership for civil engineering projects.
• Ability to manage risk, costs and stakeholder relations across a framework.
• Strong bid and contract management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance across the Clyde Commercial Framework (CCF) in Scotland.
• Lead tendering, procurement strategy, and change control.
