VolkerStevin in Scotland seeks an experienced Framework Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance across the Clyde Framework (CCF), overseeing contracts, risk, cost and stakeholder relationships on HMNB Clyde projects. You will lead bid teams and ensure commercial alignment from pre-construction through to post-construction.

You will mentor surveyors and commercial staff, develop procurement strategies, review terms, and cultivate strong client partnerships to maximise framework

Formación

• Accredited professional qualification in surveying/construction management or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial leadership on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing contracts, cost control and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial performance across the Clyde Framework.
• Mentor and develop commercial team members and surveyors.
• Oversee bids, procurement, change management and reporting.
