Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks an experienced Framework Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance across the Clyde Commercial Framework in Scotland. The role leads bid teams, manages contracts, risk, cost and stakeholder relationships while supporting long-term framework objectives.

You will oversee business development, work winning, resourcing and project delivery, ensuring commercial alignment with client expectations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional qualification or relevant degree with numerical/technical emphasis.
• Experience as a commercial manager or similar duties on civil engineering projects.
• Experience in commercial management for civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy for project delivery within the Clyde Framework.
• Provide commercial input to bids, pricing strategies and contract terms.
• Review contracts, pricing and scope for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Manage forecasting, cost/value reporting, cash flow and risk.
• Maintain strong client and supply chain relationships.
