Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK Ltd, seeks a Framework Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance on the Clyde Commercial Framework (CCF) in Scotland. You will lead bids, manage risk and contracts, and oversee client and supply chain relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

The role covers tender, pre-construction, procurement, reporting, and post-construction activities, with a focus on ensuring cash-positive projects while maintaining programme alignment and contractual

Qualifications

• Accredited professional qualification in surveying or a related field.
• Experience managing commercial aspects on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Degree in QS or equivalent with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contractual elements across tender, pre-construction and construction phases.
• Manage client and supply chain relationships to protect commercial interests.
• Oversee forecasting, cost/value reporting, cash flow and risk management.
