Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance or IT with 2+ years’ relevant Payment, Finance or IT experience including management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience leading teams in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of business, payment and customer-facing services.
• Lead and manage teams to deliver against targets, SLAs and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and support development of new processes.
• Monitor service performance, data quality, financial controls and operational risks.
• Manage projects and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse complex information and prepare reports for senior management.
• Deputise for senior managers and take ownership of defined operational areas.
